After a very stressful few months with our old supplier I was referred to DiLeo, and from the first call (which was answered in less than 3 minutes!!!) to todays install they have been wonderful to deal with! Russ was very helpful and patient as we sorted out what to do, the install team today was super professional, friendly and prompt. We have used DiLeo for years and have our account setup to call when we want a refill. They always come promptly and give great service. Well, we were with Superior Plus Propane (formerly E Osterman Propane) for 15 years. Never had any issues until this year. Our last fill up was 1/2/26. As of today 2/25/26 we have not received any propane even being on their auto refill monitoring. Down to 8% in the tank and called them 3 times in the last 15 days. SOoooo, we switched to DiLeo Gas Propane. They were courteous, caring and prompt. Got our first fill up today! Can finally get some heat going and do laundry! Fast & reliable.
